Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange. After 30 days, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

You'll receive a pre-paid return label via email to print and attach to your package.

Refunds

Once we receive your unwashed, undamaged item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Initial shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds typically post within 5 business days after approval, though your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

Exchanges

Items arriving defective or damaged can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Email info@etlantik.com with photos and details for a quick replacement.

• We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $65+.

• Flat rate shipping $6.98 on orders under $65.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays). Shipping times and arrivals may vary by carrier where orders are estimated to be received within 5-10 business days depending on customer location.
