Returns
We work hard to offer high quality products that you are excited about. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@etlantik.com.
You have 30 days from the online shipment date or date of in-person purchase to request a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To make returns easier, you will receive a pre-paid return label by e-mail, that you will need to print off and attach to the package containing the item(s) being returned.
Refunds
Once the item is received and you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If an item is defective or damaged, please email info@etlantik.com with details and photo evidence, within 30 days of purchase, so that we may replace your item in a timely manner.
